Privacy policy

A plain-language summary of how we intend to handle personal data. Placeholder copy, pending legal review.

This is placeholder copy

Navture is pre-launch and this document has not been drafted or reviewed by a lawyer. It describes intent in plain language so the site is complete and navigable — it is not a binding notice and should not be relied on.

It will be replaced with a counsel-reviewed document before Navture launches. If you need a binding answer about your data in the meantime, write to us and you will get a straight one.

What this site collects today

This is a pre-launch marketing site. The only personal data it collects is what you type into the waitlist form: your name, your email address, the segment you select, and — depending on that segment — your class, your child’s class, or your institution’s name and approximate size. Phone number, city and the free-text field are optional.

We use those details for one purpose: to contact you about Navture. They are not sold, rented, or shared for anyone else’s marketing.

Who else sees it

One company: Formspree, which operates the waitlist form on our behalf. When you submit the form, your details are sent to Formspree and stored there so that we can read them. They act on our instructions only, and they do not use your details for their own purposes.

Formspree’s servers are outside India, so submitting the waitlist form involves a transfer of your personal data out of the country. We tell you this on the form itself rather than only here. It applies to the waitlist alone — the commitments we have made about where student data will live once the Navture platform exists are set out on our commitments page.

Nobody else receives your details. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics vendor, and no data broker involved.

If you are under 18

A parent or guardian must give consent before we process your data for anything beyond letting you know that Navture has launched. The verifiable parental consent flow described on our commitments page is a launch requirement, not an option.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details are kept until Navture launches or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. A deletion request is completed within 30 days and confirmed in writing.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them erased. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will act on it — there is no form to fill in and no reason you need to give.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. If analytics are added before launch, this section will name the tool, what it records, and how to opt out — before it is switched on, not after.
