For schools and counsellors

One counsellor. Three thousand students.

That is roughly the ratio across India, against a recommended one in 250. The arithmetic of school counselling does not work, and no amount of goodwill fixes it. Navture is being built to give a counsellor reach without asking them to become a different kind of professional.

What a school gets

Cohort-level intelligence. Nothing individual.

Schools are distribution partners and intelligence contributors. They are not the primary design beneficiary, and the product does not pretend otherwise — which is precisely why student data stays with the student.
  • Cohort aspiration intelligence

Anonymised, aggregate trends across a cohort: which domains a year group is drawn to, how that is shifting, and where interest is concentrating. De-identified by construction, never a roster of individuals.
  • Counsellor tooling

A counsellor sees only what a student chooses to share. What the tooling adds is preparation — pathway intelligence, entrance-exam context and market signals to hand, so a session starts somewhere useful instead of starting cold.
  • Curriculum alignment signals

Where cohort aspiration and current subject provision diverge, and which pathways a year group is heading towards that the timetable does not yet support.
  • A data position that does not move

Student data belongs to the student, not the school. No administrative override, no access to individual session content, and no monetisation of student data through the school relationship — not now, not at any contract size.

Where this sits

Honestly? This is a later phase.

The student-facing platform comes first. School and counsellor tooling is a subsequent phase of the build, and we would rather say so on the page than take a meeting under a different impression.

If cohort-level aspiration intelligence is something your institution would want to shape early, the pilot list is the right place to be. There is no commitment attached to it and no pricing to discuss yet.
